Resurrection Lutheran Church, Bloomington seeks a Music Director for Traditional Worship to harness the power of music in this congregation, to enhance the worship experience and engage worshippers with the living Spirit of God in growing commitment to Jesus Christ.  This is the lead role in planning, coordinating, choosing, arranging, rehearsing, and presenting worship music for the current traditional worship service and for other services that will be initiated. 

The Music Director for Traditional Worship is also responsible for directing the adult choir.  This would include rehearsing on a weekly basis and performing on a regular basis for our worship services.  The position will include: continued learning and seeking of fresh ideas; building a sense of Christian community among all musicians at RLC and fulfilling organizational tasks, meeting, details, and other needs.  This position requires 8-10 hours per week.
