Mission Interpreters: Telling the Story
We have stories to tell of how God is at work changing the lives a people through the mission and ministry of ELCA congregations, synods and churchwide ministries! The goal of Mission Interpreters in C/SIS is to equip lay and or clergy to visit each congregation in our synod over the next two years. 

The purpose of these visits is: 

♦ Offer motivational presentations that describe who we are as the ELCA;
♦ Listen and celebrate the Mission and Ministry congregations are doing  locally, synodically and Churchwide;
♦ Provide tools that can be used in local congregations to further develop a Vision for Mission and Ministry; 
♦ Thank congregations for their financial support; and in ministry together.  
 
Let us continue to Tell the story of Jesus and His love!
 
The Conference Deans will be asked to help identify potential Mission Interpreters from their conference who will be trained later this year. If you have questions about this ministry, please contact Pastor Heidi Punt at 815.584.1199.
